Link is the hero of in the Legend of Zelda -- A legend that details a young boy rescuing the beautiful Princess Zelda from the evil wizard Ganondorf. Link is never one to back down from a challenge, having also competed in every Smash Bros challenge, and even a Soul Calibur tournament.
2-Player Duos[]
Link & Zelda tied with Earthworm Jim and Snott in the opening round, moving into a tiebreaker round. There, Donkey Kong & Diddy Kong were added to the match, but Jim & Snott proved victorious in their second outing, eliminating both Nintendo teams.
3D Fighters[]
Link defeated Brad Burns in the opening round, R.O.B. in the second, Batman in round 3, and Scorpion in the fourth round, before finally being bested by Donkey Kong.

Link was eliminated by Robin in the first round
